Key Responsibilities Lead preconstruction efforts on projects, including conceptual and detailed estimating, scheduling, constructability analysis, value management, BIM, procurement, and transition to the construction team. Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution. Maintain and develop strong subcontractor relationships and stay informed on regional and national market trends. Actively participate in industry organizations and support business development efforts. Supervisory Responsibilities Work closely with Chief Estimators, Regional Managers, and other leadership to allocate resources effectively.
