Job Description You will provide 24-hour coverage for the newborn nursery at Capital Region Medical Center, caring for newborns and gaining skills in the NICU. The role offers an opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team, experience 600+ deliveries annually, and access to 30 pediatric subspecialties. Shift 24‑hour coverage 7 days/week Schedule to be determined Minimum Qualifications Master of Science in Nursing degree. Missouri Board of Nursing RN or Nurse Licensure Compact multi‑state RN. Must be granted a “Document of Recognition” from the Missouri Board of Nursing. Anticipated Hiring Range Salary Range: $90,251.20 – $147,284.00 annually. Grade: PAT – 012.
