Our team members are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of residents every day.As a Lead Caregiver, you serve as the shift leader, ensuring exceptional, consistent resident care while coaching and supporting the caregiving team.What You'll Do:Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverageProvide hands-on ADL support when neededCoach caregivers on quality, hospitality, and documentation standardsReview charting and ensure alignment with Individualized Service Plans (ISP)Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptlySupport onboarding and mentor new team membersPromote safety, compliance, and smooth shift transitionsYou are both a working caregiver and a frontline leader modeling professionalism, accountability, and compassionate service.What We're Looking For:High School Diploma/GED; age 18+CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certificationsStrong communication, delegation, and decision-making skillsExperience in assisted living, memory care, or senior careLead Caregiver – Grow Your Career While Leading Compassionate CarePay Range: 17.30 - 21.70Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
