COMPENSATION

• $25 for each qualified appointment that is completed by the prospect.
• Additional $50 bonus when the referred prospect becomes a paying Summit client.
• Compensation is based on verified results under Summit’s written commission plan.
• No hourly wage, salary or guaranteed earnings are offered.
• Contractor payments are reported as required by law.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Summit Creative Group is expanding its local business-development efforts throughout the Treasure Valley. We are seeking independent appointment setters who can identify business owners, start professional conversations and generate qualified sales appointments.

Summit provides access to company information, approved marketing materials, optional scripts and CRM tools. Contractors retain control over their lawful work schedule and prospecting methods and may provide services to other businesses.

SERVICES

• Research appropriate local business prospects.
• Contact business owners and decision-makers.
• Introduce Summit’s marketing and business-growth services accurately.
• Identify whether a prospect has a legitimate marketing need.
• Schedule qualified appointments for Summit’s sales team.
• Record accurate contact and appointment information.
• Conduct professional follow-up.
• Follow applicable calling and email requirements.
• Avoid unauthorized promises, discounts or performance guarantees.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Confident speaking with business owners.
• Professional telephone and written communication.
• Able to work independently and manage follow-up.
• Comfortable with performance-based compensation.
• B2B calling or appointment-setting experience is helpful but not required.
• Access to a dependable telephone, computer and internet connection.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR TERMS

This is not an employee position. Contractors generally provide their own equipment, telephone, internet, workspace, transportation and other operating expenses. No employee benefits are provided. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and may accept or decline available opportunities.
