The Facilities Administrator is a high-volume, client-facing customer service role responsible for coordinating facility service requests and ensuring timely resolution of maintenance issues. This position serves as a key liaison between clients and third-party service providers, managing work orders, tracking progress, and providing consistent communication in a fast-paced environment. This is an entry-level opportunity best suited for candidates with strong customer service backgrounds who thrive in high-call-volume settings and are comfortable multitasking across systems and stakeholders.

Location: 128 N 1st St, Colwich, KS 67030 (Onsite Mon–Thu, Remote Fridays after training) Pay: $17.35 – $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401k plan. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and resolve service-related issues in a timely, professional manner
• Coordinate with third-party contractors to ensure work orders are completed within SLA expectations
• Monitor open work orders and escalate items that fall outside compliance standards
• Follow up on completed work orders to ensure proper documentation and invoicing
• Audit contractor invoices for accuracy and contract compliance
• Track and document all service activities within internal systems
• Assist in monitoring contractor performance and service quality
• Manage a high volume of calls, emails, and service tickets daily

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
• Strong customer service experience (call center, retail, dispatch, or high-volume environments)
• Comfortable handling high call volume and fast-paced workflows
• Strong computer navigation and documentation skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally (verbal and written)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching, facilities coordination, or service-based roles
• Basic understanding of facility maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
• Experience working with ticketing systems or work order platforms
