Medical Receptionist Greenville NCPay From: $18 per hour MUST: 2+ years of experience in a surgical setting or multi-provider medical office Experience checking patients in Reviewing paperwork with patients Providing patient education regarding upcoming procedures Collecting and processing payments Answering phones and providing customer service support Entering and updating patient information in EMR Maintaining office supplies Distributing mail Preparing medical records prior to patient's appointments HS diploma or GED DUTIES: The duties of the Medical Receptionist include but are not limited to the following: Check patients in Review paperwork prior to procedures Enter and update patient information in EMR Collect ID's and insurance information Respond to patient inquiries Answer phones Maintain office supplies Collect and process co pays Prepare medical records Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
