Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianWe are looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our homes and properties safe, clean, and well-maintained. This role supports day-to-day upkeep across multiple locations.Assist with basic repairs such as drywall, painting, minor plumbing, and general upkeepHelp maintain company vehicles (routine checks, basic maintenance, coordinating repairs)Perform regular property checks to ensure safety and quality standardsComplete yard work to keep properties looking clean and presentable (mowing, trimming, etc.)Handle minor appliance repairs (dishwashers, washers, dryers)Support general maintenance projects as neededTake photos and update work orders using a tablet or iPadBe part of an on-call rotation for urgent maintenance needs1+ year of maintenance or handyman experience preferredBasic skills in carpentry, painting, and general repairsAbility to follow directions and manage multiple tasksComfortable using basic technology (tablet/iPad for reporting)Positive attitude and ability to work well with team members and clientsHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to be on-call as scheduled (including nights/weekends for emergencies)Regular walking, bending, lifting, and outdoor workWork both indoors and outdoors in varying conditionsOccasional overtime or non-standard hours depending on project needsSteady, full-time workVariety in daily tasksOpportunity to build hands-on skills across multiple tradesSupportive team environment
