At NMC Health we're proud to set an award-winning standard for healthcare and seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) for our Home Health and Private Duty Services. We are seeking a highly professional aide who will be a vital member of our talented Home Care team focused on patient-centered clinical excellence by communicating with patients, families and partnering with our team of interdisciplinary healthcare providers in the evaluation of patient progress towards outcomes and care provision. Effective since 6/21/2023, there is no longer a need for either vaccination confirmation or a medical/religious exemption.

Education and experience:

• Works independently and takes initiative on behalf of the patient.
• Manages time efficiently.
• Demonstrates accountability and responsibility for safe patient care.
• Minimum 1 year in healthcare preferred.
• Certified Nurse Aide would be required to complete Home Health Aide course and testing.

Licensure, registration, or certification:

• Current Home Health Aide (H.H.A.) licensure in state of Kansas 
• Certification in CPR/Basic Life Support
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
