Cancellation Policy: Call Off Policy- First 24 hours called off will be billed at a reduced rate of $10/hr. Any additional hours called off will be billed at the regular rate.

Call Off Information:

• The facilities Guaranteed Hours Policy can be found on the Job Confirmation. Any hours not worked need to be documented on the attached Call Off Form and sent to View email address on click.appcast.io.
• In order to be considered as called off hours, the traveler cannot volunteer to leave or miss a shift. All hours not worked will be verified with the facility.
• Short hours during Orientation Week do not count as call offs or towards any guarantee. Orientation shifts tend to be shorter due to the nature of training.
