Quality Control Technician

Our client, a leading manufacturer of premium fruit juices and dairy products, is seeking a Quality Control Technician to support our team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, food manufacturing environment focused on product quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
• Conduct and document scientific tests to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Accurately record data and enter test results using Microsoft Excel and other tools
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lab and workstations
• Communicate clearly with production and quality teams to flag any concerns
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines in a food-grade manufacturing environment
• Assist with additional QA/QC tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months' experience as a Quality Assurance or Quality Control Technician (OR relevant coursework/education in food science, chemistry, microbiology, or biology)
• Basic lab testing knowledge and a willingness to learn new methods
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Excellent attention to detail and strong data entry skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload with minimal supervision
