Responsibilities:

• Operate and program CNC routers to produce intricate designs and signage.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for precision manufacturing.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure accurate execution of creative concepts.
• Manage material inventory and ensure optimal usage during production.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment for safety and efficiency.
• Adhere to quality control standards and meet project deadlines.
• Train and mentor junior operators on CNC machine operation and best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating CNC routers in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in CAD software and CNC programming languages.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet project demands.
