Join us!Job Description:This job is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients with duties that include developing measurable strategic plans to foster expansion, developing effective marketing and communication plans, and ensuring bank product offerings and service support meets client expectations. Job expectations include serving a lead role in the coordination of complex Request for Proposal processes together with the Treasury Sales teams, building partnerships with business partners and key client decision makers, and completing portfolio business reviews with a focus on revenue realization.Treasury Sales Client Officers are responsible for managing day to day relationships with clients. The primary responsibilities include retaining and growing existing revenue, seeking opportunities to deepen solutions per relationship, manage pricing & profitability, and direct phone/web-based client calling.The TSCO will work regularly with partners on fulfillment requests. The TSCO is responsible for coordinating regular relationship review meetings with the client team and will look at any process inefficiencies, improvements and industry initiatives that would benefit the client. Maintains a client focus, treasury industry expertise, client subsector expertise, and a broad understanding of the bank's structureDrives revenue and profitability growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting clients with both strategic and tactical needs within the region of coverageDevelops data driven insights and presentations for clients, including recommendations to reduce risk, improve working capital, and digitization of payments/receipts, etc.Participates in the Client Management Process that focuses on client relationship development from growth of new client relationships to deepening existing relationship through thoughtful identification of client needsBuilds relationships with internal business partners and key client decision makers and completes account/portfolio business reviewsEnsures service and fulfilment related requests/queries are directed to the relevant teams accordingly, responding to all client and partner requests in a timely manner, and keeping stakeholders up-to-date on progressMaintains pricing for clients (pricing changes, new services) and ensures all products and services are billed accordingly, while managing client escalations and keeping the internal team informedIdentifies cross-sell opportunities through account analysis & regular client interactionManages client escalations and keep internal team informedProtects and grows revenueJob Qualifications:5 years of prior treasury sales experienceProduct and financial acumenAbility to interact with and influence people internally and externally by expert use of verbal and written communication and through strong presentation skillsAbility to read and leverage data to proactively identify trends and opportunitiesStrong ability to organize, prioritize and balance multiple sales activitiesA deep understanding of bank structure and the operational aspects of global cash management products and servicesUnderstanding of and adherence to risk guidelines to proficiently identify, manage and escalate risk to grow the business responsiblyPassionately curious, courageous, knowledge of bank network and effective business partneringDesired Qualifications:B.S. or B.A. in finance, accounting, management, or another undergraduate degreeSkills:Account ManagementClient ManagementCustomer and Client FocusOral CommunicationsPresentation SkillsClient Solutions AdvisoryCritical ThinkingPortfolio AnalysisProblem SolvingRelationship BuildingActive ListeningCoachingCollaborationPrioritizationWritten CommunicationsMinimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Work ExperienceFor internal employees; participation in a work from home posture does not make you ineligible to post.Shift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40Pay Transparency detailsUS - WA - Seattle - 401 Union St - Rainier Square (WA1510)Pay and benefits informationPay range$107,000.00 - $133,500.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.Discretionary incentive eligibleThis role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
