Human Resources Generalist

This role is 5 days onsite based in NYC.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of Human Resources
• Assist in recruitment efforts
• Serve as primary contact for new hires and will be responsible for logistics for onboarding of newhires
• Accurately complete appropriate administrative paperwork
• Ensure accurate time off records are maintained and conduct audits as required
• Process Payroll and assist in benefits administration
• Accurately complete monthly projects: Audits, phone list update
• Handle offboarding
• Assist in covering the Reception area
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Solid understanding of payroll with 3 - 5 years experience in processing payroll
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong xhqgsiq attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, high level of confidentiality, strong follow through
• Extremely proactive, with the ability to multitask and handle a heavy work flow
• Ability to succeed in a fast paced, highly demanding, corporate environment
