We're hiring a Data Analyst to join our Product Team in building our next-generation oncology data intelligence platform. You'll work at the intersection of business, clinical, and engineering groups, transforming raw oncology data into actionable insights with SQL (Snowflake) and Sigma Computing. This junior to mid-level role is designed for analysts seeking hands-on experience with a modern data stack and a clear path to grow into senior analytics, product, or engineering positions. What You’ll Do Bridge business & technical teams: Translate clinical and operational questions into clear, data-driven requirements for engineers and product managers. Build & maintain BI assets: Develop, iterate, and document Sigma dashboards and reports for internal decision-making and external deliverables. Data exploration & investigation: Dive into complex datasets to answer ad hoc questions, surface anomalies, and validate data transformations with performant SQL. Internal tooling: Create self-service dashboards that empower Sales, Customer Success, Clinical Ops, and executives. Customer-facing insights: Surface valuable clinical and operational metrics from the OncoLens Oncology Knowledge Base in partnership with Product. Collaborate on a modern data stack: Work closely with engineers on a modern data platform to expose actionable and valuable data insights. Define metrics & documentation: Establish source-of-truth definitions, maintain data dictionaries, and champion analytics best practices across the organization. What You Should Have Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Math, Engineering, Bioinformatics, Economics, etc.) or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency in SQL and comfort querying large datasets. Experience with a modern BI platform (Sigma preferred; Tableau, Looker, PowerBI acceptable). Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a growth mindset. Active role in a data or business analytics role. Exposure to healthcare or other high-compliance data. Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud data platforms. Experience in a startup or other fast-growing, cross-functional environment.
