In this role, you\'ll connect with prospective clients, learn about their individual circumstances, explain available solutions, and assist them through the application process. Representatives receive training and ongoing support as they develop their sales and client-service skills. Key Responsibilities Connect with prospective clients through scheduled phone and virtual appointments Ask questions to understand client needs and goals Explain insurance products in a clear and professional manner Help clients compare available coverage options Guide clients through the application process Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients Keep client information and activity organized Attend team meetings, training, and coaching sessions Build professional relationships with clients and team members Qualifications Successful Candidates Tend To Be Strong communicators Comfortable speaking with new people Organized and dependable Self-motivated Open to coaching and feedback Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Interested in sales, client service, or financial services Insurance or sales experience is not required. Training and guidance are provided. Compensation is tied to successfully placed business and individual sales performance.
