Job Description Assemblers Location: Riverdale, NJ Pay Rate: $18-$19/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday (Voluntary Saturdays) Shifts: 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) Required: Experience assembling metal parts 2nd Shift (3:30 PM - 11:00 PM) Required: Experience assembling electrical parts Job Responsibilities: Assemble components into finished goods using engineering drawings and instructions Use basic tools and fixtures efficiently and accurately Maintain precise counts and log work in order control systems Ensure a clean and organized workspace Perform tasks such as testing, engraving, and packaging as needed Work independently with minimal supervision Lift up to 15 lbs frequently, up to 25 lbs occasionally Regular use of hands, tools, and close visual focus Exposure to moderate noise and mechanical equipment Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Basic math skills (measuring, calculator use) Strong attention to detail Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Comfortable using a computer tablet Preferred: 2+ years of manufacturing assembly experience Fluent in English (reading, writing, communication) Zing Recruiting is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
