Assistant Branch Operations Manager

An established industrial services organization is seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to support and oversee multiple operational departments within a fast-paced service environment. This leadership role involves coordination of administrative functions, shop operations, field service activities, and personnel management related to heavy equipment and fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily branch operations across administration, internal operations, shop activities, and field service functions
• Coordinate scheduling, workflow, and operational efficiency for service personnel and mobile technicians
• Support management of equipment repair and maintenance operations
• Conduct both office-based administrative work and periodic field visits
• Maintain strong organizational and time management practices in a high-demand environment
• Ensure professional communication and effective coordination between departments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior mechanical or heavy equipment experience preferred
• Experience managing a repair shop or maintenance operations required
• Experience in scheduling and supervising mobile service technicians preferred
• Working knowledge of SAP software preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required
• Minimum 5 years of prior management or supervisory experience required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Stable employment history required
