Frame Shop Manager

Overview Hobby Lobby, an upscale chain of art and craft supplies, is seeking an organized, customer‑service oriented person with leadership experience to join our team as a Frame Shop Manager. The role requires enthusiasm, responsibility, and a drive to advance a career with the company. The Frame Shop Manager position is an hourly store‑management role. A typical work week is 40 hours, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with closing the store two nights a week and working the other Saturday. Stores open Monday through Saturday 9:00 AM–8:00 PM and are closed on Sunday. Compensation Part‑time hourly: $15.75 – $16.75 (Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act compliant for Colorado). Christmas bonus (gift) if employed on certain dates. Duties Supervise framers. Schedule hours to stay within payroll budget. Order supplies. Maintain a clean and well‑stocked department. Provide excellent customer service. Ensure all framing deadlines are met. Requirements Excellent customer‑service skills. Merchandise‑display experience. Basic computer skills. Trustworthy and dependable. Provide previous work references. Previous management experience. Experience scheduling. Benefits Competitive wages.
