This role manages and maintains producer (broker/agent) demographic information, insurance credentials, appointments, and licensing records to support organizational compliance and operational excellence.Key responsibilities include researching and resolving licensing-related inquiries from producers, general agents, marketing partners, and internal stakeholders. The Licensing Specialist serves as a subject matter expert on producer licensing requirements and processes, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of licensing data while supporting business objectives.JOB REQUIREMENTS:2 years of college or 4 years business experience.Knowledge of Insurance businessOrganization and planning skills.Strong attention to detailPC proficiency to include MS Office products such as Word, Excel. Knowledge and use of cloud applications is a bonus.Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:2 years of firsthand experience managing and maintaining insurance agent broker license and appointments.Knowledge of NIPR, SBS, Sircon applications.Are you being referred to one of our roles?
