Requirements

We are seeking a Full -time dental office receptionist/treatment plan coordinator to join a dynamic team delivering state of the art, minimally invasive dentistry.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing patient communications (phone, text, email)
Scheduling patients
Collecting payments
Filing insurance claims
Posting insurance payments into Dentrix platform
Helping patients coordinate treatment appointments
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal skills: friendly, pro-active, patient-focused attitude
Experience with Dentrix Dental Software is a MUST.
Computer skills
Team player

Job Description

Responsibilities Include:
Managing patient communications (phone, text, email)
Scheduling patients
Collecting payments
Filing insurance claims
Posting insurance payments into Dentrix platform
Helping patients coordinate treatment appointments

Benefits

Jobley Bonus: $75 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley)

Shift & Schedule

Work Schedule: Typical work hours are 40hr/week, although occasionally you may have to stay later
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8-5pm
Tuesday: 8-6pm
Friday: 8-4pm
