• Experienced Dental Receptionist / Admin (5+ years)

Job Description

Greet and check in patients in a warm and professional manner
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits
Submit and track insurance claims
Collect payments, co-pays, and maintain accurate financial records
Maintain and update electronic patient records
Coordinate patient flow with the clinical team
Ensure the front office area remains clean and organized
Follow HIPAA and office compliance guidelines
Perform general administrative duties as needed
