Orthodontic Assistant – Shullman Orthodontics | Wellington, FL | Full-Time

We've been a cornerstone of the Wellington community for 21 years, and our team is something we're genuinely proud of. We're growing and looking for an experienced orthodontic assistant who's ready to hit the ground running.

This is not an entry-level role. We need someone who knows orthodontics, loves working with patients, and can walk in on day one ready to contribute.

What you'll do:

• Chair-side assisting with LightForce custom braces and Invisalign
• Deliver outstanding patient care at every appointment
• Work closely with our doctors and team to keep the day running smoothly
• Help create the kind of experience that keeps patients excited about their treatment

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 1–2 years of orthodontic assisting experience — this is a must
• Someone who is confident, efficient, and comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment
• A genuine people person who builds real relationships with patients
• A team-first attitude — we work hard together and we have fun doing it
