Schedule/Hours:

• 36 or 40 guaranteed hours per week (depending on assignment)
• Rotating shifts with alternating weekends (details to be discussed)

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license with ICU specialization
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience
• Proficiency with Meditech documentation system
• Strong multitasking, communication, and critical care skills

Preferred Experience:

• Prior travel nursing within Level III Trauma or tertiary care centers
• Familiarity with advanced cardiac, neuro, and pediatric protocols

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor, assess, and intervene for critical changes in patient status
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in care planning
• Float to comparable units as needed
