Job Overview We are looking for a highly organized Advisor Support Associate with exceptional attention to detail to support our Wealth Advisors. As an Advisor Support Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our Wealth Advisors and delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the client relationship lifecycle. This position is responsible for ensuring advisors are fully prepared for client meetings, coordinating the necessary information and resources, and helping drive timely execution of post-meeting action items. The Advisor Support Associate serves as a key connection point between Wealth Advisors, clients, and the administrative team by translating complex client needs and advisor objectives into organized workflows and actionable next steps. This role requires strong attention to detail, proactive communication, and the ability to anticipate needs, manage priorities, and ensure commitments made to clients are successfully fulfilled. Responsibilities Support Wealth Advisors in preparing for client meetings by gathering necessary information, coordinating materials, and ensuring all meeting preparation tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Prepare client reports, meeting agendas, presentation materials, and other documentation to support a high-quality client experience. Partner with Wealth Advisors and internal teams to collect, organize, and maintain client information required for new client onboarding and ongoing client service activities. Manage post-meeting follow-up items by documenting action items, coordinating with appropriate team members, tracking progress, and assisting with timely completion. Communicate directly with clients to gather required information, complete onboarding documentation, and facilitate a smooth and professional client experience. Assist with account maintenance, service requests, and other administrative tasks to support the ongoing needs of clients and advisors. Skills & Qualifications Minimum of two years of administrative experience within the financial services industry is required. Strong understanding of financial services operations, with experience supporting advisors, client accounts, and administrative workflows preferred. Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, follow-through, and process adherence. Ability to identify issues, think critically, and exercise sound judgment while following established processes and procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with advisors, clients, and team members. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with operational/business platforms such as LPL, Black Diamond, Salesforce, or Asana is highly beneficial. Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and collaborate effectively within a team environment. Work Arrangement This role is ideally based in the Austin area, with an in-office presence preferred. Hybrid and remote work arrangements may be available for qualified candidates, depending on experience, business needs, and team structure. Why Join Us?
