Applicants located at our hubs must be willing to work this schedule.Osaic is not considering remote candidates at this time.Role Type: 3-6 month contract role with potential to convert to full-time employeeSummary: We are seeking a highly skilled, strategic, and results-driven Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts and serve as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple functions and levels while influencing hiring strategies, driving workforce planning initiatives, and enhancing the overall talent acquisition process. The Senior Corporate Recruiter will leverage market intelligence, innovative sourcing strategies, and strong stakeholder partnerships to build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines that support organizational growth.Responsibilities: Own full life cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions in all functions and levels of the companyExecute sourcing strategies aligned with business function talent needs utilizing new or existing sourcing channelsEstablish talent networks to build immediate and long-term diverse local, regional or national candidate pipelinesFacilitate comprehensive, compliant selection processEnsure talent acquisition processes and best practices are executedEstablish and maintain strong relationships within HR, with the Senior Leadership Team and across business leader networkFacilitate consistent hiring and onboarding practicesEstablish best in class candidate and hiring manager experienceAll other duties as assignedEducation Requirements: Bachelor's degree is required.Basic Requirements: Minimum of 5 years full life-cycle corporate or agency recruiting experienceSkills, knowledge and applications related to recruitment marketing, online sourcing, and social recruitmentAbility to source, screen, and interview large volumes of candidates for numerous openings or more complex rolesProficiency with Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook, Word & Excel) and WorkdayStrong consultative and influencing skillsStrong agility and adaptability to meet the needs of a dynamic and changing organizationPossess excellent interpersonal, communication, and client management skills while displaying the highest degree of integrity in implementing the industry's best practices (sourcing, recruiting, candidate assessment)Detail oriented, organized, creative, proactive, and understand the urgency and confidentiality xhyhwjd of the recruiting functionThrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments and has the ability to cope with and collaborate through frequent and unexpected changesDemonstrated ability to work under pressure, on deadlines, and with variety of tasks / shifting prioritiesUnderstanding of employment lawStrong people skills and the ability to build strong and lasting relationships with the client, advisors and Human Resources Business PartnersPreferred Requirements: Specific recruiting experience within the wealth management, financial services, or advisor officesSpecific experience recruiting for small business and financial professionalsDiversity recruitment initiatives experienceHigh volume recruiting supporting multiple functions including IT, AI and TechnologyAdvanced skills in Excel, reporting, analytics, dashboards, and presentationExperience and understanding of contingent worker environment, MSP partnerships, and co-employment risk mitigationAdvanced use and experience in Workday
