Now, we’re expanding in Madison and looking for motivated, experienced sales professionals who want high earnings, autonomy, and a supportive team behind them .

Our consultants don’t cold call. We meet with qualified homeowner leads , guide them through design decisions, and help make their vision a reality. With premium products, nearly a century of brand trust, and a proven sales process, your focus is on building relationships and closing sales — not chasing strangers .

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with homeowners to understand their needs and goals
• Design custom window treatment solutions tailored to each home
• Use an iPad and laptop to build detailed project scopes, capture measurements, document customer preferences, and communicate project requirements
• Present solutions and guide clients through confident decision-making
• Coordinate with our installation team for seamless project execution
• Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business

This role is perfect for you if you:

• Enjoy helping customers make decisions
• Want high earning potential based on performance
• Are comfortable and proficient with technology, including using an iPad and laptop during client appointments
  
• Can quickly learn and confidently use digital tools to build project scopes, capture measurements and project details, review product information, and document customer needs
• Are comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
• Like building relationships with homeowners and business owners
  
• Have 3+ years of professional sales experience, ideally in consultative, in-home, design, remodeling, construction, real estate, automotive, luxury retail, or another relationship-driven sales environment
