Retail Display Installer – Technology Location Travel up to 90 miles from home on average. Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Schedule Monday–Friday. Weekends are not required. Job Type Per Required Need. Work Location Market - SS - OH - Cleveland. Key Responsibilities Install and update sales floor fixtures and endcaps. Perform buildouts, resets, and display repairs. Follow planograms and client‑specific directives. Maintain consistent communication with field services management within 24 hours. Keep availability updates accurate. Complete all assigned jobs by scheduled end dates. Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys before leaving the job site. Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional. Participate in early morning installations and multi‑person setups; provide solution feedback. Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines. Assist other team members as needed. Report anomalies and submit accurate timecards promptly. Work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Participate in training and certification programs. Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows. Be available for weekend assignments as required. Scheduling & Planning Hours and locations may vary week to week, including occasional weekends and early mornings. Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt. Project Execution Execute all directives as provided, fully and completely. Collaborate within the shared services team to ensure goals, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive solutions. Relationship Development Build and maintain strong relationships with the shared services team, clients, retailers, and stakeholders. Leadership & Cross‑Functional Work Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and strong leadership while representing the company. Set high standards for behavior, fostering a positive work environment. Work across all aspects of the organization to ensure alignment and operational success. Qualifications Age 18 or older (insurance requirement). Authorized to work in the United States. Availability Flexible Monday‑Friday availability. Weekend and holiday availability as needed. Early morning and late‑night availability as needed. Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period. Physical Abilities Climb a ladder up to 10 feet. Lift and carry up to 60 lbs. Nominate to kneel, walk, crouch, bend, grasp, and reach overhead. Adaptability Adjust to the ever‑changing variety of tasks and work environments. Communication Skills Effective communication via phone, text, and email. Use smartphone for clocking, taking and uploading photos, downloading apps, and internet connectivity. Respond within 24 hours of contact with field services management. Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial but not mandatory. Experience Preferred Installation and merchandising experience. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Follow planogram (POG) directives. Technology Own an Android or Apple mobile device. Navigate communication platforms and applications independently. Training Complete all training assignments and tasks within designated time frames. Collaborate and work autonomously as required. Transportation and Travel Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. Proof of insurance. Travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment. Leadership & Communication Superior leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Make sound decisions and problem‑solve effectively.
