Job Title Account Executive - Healthcare Industry Location Remote-based position; ideally located in Birmingham or Central AL. Overview Act as a Strategic Advertising Consultant to Healthcare Clients, backed by a Leading-Edge Digital Media Organization. This role requires a driven sales professional with healthcare and digital advertising sales experience, thriving in fast‑paced competitive environments. With at least two years of solid digital advertising sales skills, you will develop innovative solutions and support clients such as Health Systems, Hospitals, Physician Groups, Practices, and Senior Living facilities. Key Responsibilities Maintain an active account list while focusing on new business acquisition. Collaborate with account team members to ensure current client success. Prospect and conduct meetings to secure new clients. Pitch strategic campaigns to healthcare executives. Consistently build a sales funnel and close business at a high velocity. Qualifications Track record of success in consultative, solution‑oriented sales with an entrepreneurial spirit. Minimum two years of digital advertising sales. Experience selling digital media advertising preferred; enthusiasm for digital advertising and a quick learning mindset. Comprehensive knowledge of needs‑based selling. Proven success at increasing sales in a competitive marketplace. CRM sales management software experience, preferably Salesforce.com. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong self‑motivation and ability to achieve goals independently. Exceptional relationship‑building skills. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and active listening skills. Strong team‑player approach. Solid organizational skills, ability to multi‑task, handle pressure, and meet deadlines. Territory includes key growth markets in Central GA, AL, and MS. Reliable transportation required to meet with clients. Compensation & Benefits Base salary $40,000–$50,000 per year, with total potential compensation of $83,500–$93,500 including incentive.
