Picture this: a facility is waiting on a chemical feed skid to commission its line. You step in—review the blueprints, verify the BOM, pull your parts, and get to work. By the time you are done, the system is fabricated, wired, tested, and ready for startup. That’s the impact of this role.

Your mission

Transform engineered drawings into finished, tested chemical feed equipment by combining electro-mechanical skills with precision assembly and documentation.

Core outcomes

• Deliver fabrication to spec: pipe fitting, structural supports, machining, and assembly that align exactly with drawings/blueprints.
• Surface issues early by bringing drawing inaccuracies to the foreman.
• Assemble and wire electrical components into skid systems following Electrical Controls Designers’ drawings and provided control panels.
• Install PVC and metal conduit to standard.
• Complete required electrical wiring installations.
• Perform end-to-end functional testing of completed systems.
• Capture and maintain thorough quality control records and test forms.
• Contribute to field startup and service when called upon.
• Care for and track your personal tool inventory and condition.
• Confirm pulled parts against the Bill of Materials; promptly report failed parts.

QualificationsRequired

• Minimum one year in manufacturing.
• Fluent in reading electrical blueprints and schematic drawings.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Practical electrical experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and confident use of measurement tools.
• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds.
• Manual dexterity with hand tools.
• Ability to pivot with changing priorities; work independently and collaboratively.
• Open to overtime as required.
• Solid math skills.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical and electro/mechanical issues using schematics.
• Eligible to pass in-house forklift certification.
• Comfort with constant physical motion (standing, bending, kneeling, stretching) to perform all tasks.
• Professional approach and excellent communication.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Associate degree in an electrical-related discipline.
