Patient Billing Concierge Trainee

Advocate Aurora Health is seeking a Customer Service professional to support patient billing inquiries in our Illinois facilities. You will handle high volumes of calls, guide patients and guarantors, and document resolution steps in the billing system with accuracy and empathy. Ideal candidates have 2 years of customer service experience, knowledge of hospital and professional billing, HIPAA, and basic medical terminology.
