Position Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical/Surgical team at St. Joseph's Hospital, located in Highland, IL. Pay Range $30.50 - $46.80 per hour (actual pay based on experience, skills, education, and certifications). Schedule Full Time, 36 hours per week. Nights and weekends available. Position Specifics Department: Medical/Surgical Core Function: Nursing Facility: St. Joseph's Hospital Location: Highland, IL Job Description Ideal candidates are patient focused, mission driven caregivers looking to apply clinical knowledge to coordinate and perform hands‑on acute patient care at the bedside. Education Qualifications Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred. Experience Requirements Experience in healthcare preferred. Licenses and Certifications Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice required. Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi‑state RN license under the Nurse Licensure Compact rules. Basic Life Support (BLS) required. Health Requirements HSHS requires COVID‑19 vaccines or an approved medical or religious exemption for all colleagues. This does not apply to positions that are classified as 100% remote.
