Billing Clerk | Remote | $25-$28/hr
We're seeking a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to support travel and expense operations. This role is primarily focused on billing reconciliation, auditing travel expenses, and resolving discrepancies while providing administrative support to a small, collaborative team.
What You'll Do:
- Review invoices, receipts, and travel expenses
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies
- Reconcile expenses in Oracle
- Communicate with drivers, hotels, airlines, rental car companies, and vendors
- Ensure all charges are accurate and authorized before client billing
- Provide administrative support as needed
What We're Looking For:
✅ Billing, auditing, or reconciliation experience
✅ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to manage a high-volume workload
✅ Strong Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel skills
✅ Self-starter who works well independently and collaboratively
Bonus: Oracle and Genesis experience (training provided)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay: $25-$28/hr
Location: 100% Remote
