Financial Reporting Analyst

Senior Consultant – Financial Reporting | Asset Management We’re looking for a Senior Consultant – Financial Reporting with strong experience in U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, fund financial statements, and derivatives to support annual/semiannual reporting and audit activities for registered and non-registered investment funds. What You’ll Do: Review fund financial statements and schedules of investments for accuracy and completeness Coordinate and draft financial statement notes for annual and semiannual shareholder reports Manage reporting cycles, audit deadlines, and client deliverables Support SEC filings and ensure timely, accurate reporting Serve as a technical resource on GAAP, derivatives, and new investment products Partner with auditors, clients, and internal teams to resolve reporting questions and issues Review staff work and provide guidance on financial reporting matters What We’re Looking For: 6–8+ years of recent experience in financial reporting within asset management/financial services or public accounting supporting asset management clients 3+ years of supervisory or management experience Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, particularly ASC 815 & ASC 820 Deep working knowledge of derivatives Strong understanding of fund financial statements and SEC reporting Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and decision‑making skills Advanced Microsoft Office skills Experience with Global InvestOne, Bloomberg, or financial reporting systems is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Prairie Consulting Services
