Role Responsibilities Support veterinarians to ensure quality veterinary care, advocate for pets, and educate clients. Perform endoscopic procedures, joint taps, bone marrow aspirates, MRIs, and CT scans. Assist with surgeries and procedures in accordance with state Veterinary Practice Act requirements for credentialed veterinary technicians. Communicate with clients about individualized pet health concerns and offer guidance on Thrive Membership options, medications, and additional treatments. Help maintain comprehensive medical records with practice systems. Obtain relevant health history and information from clients and maintain medical charts. Use safe restraining techniques, follow standard protocols, and maintain clean, sterile, organized treatment areas, exam rooms, and labs. Guide, mentor, and support fellow team members. Experience & Skills Requirements RVT license required. Understanding of anesthesia protocols including pre‑anesthetic assessments, drug dosages, and post‑anesthesia care. Proficiency in monitoring equipment, administering anesthesia, and responding to anesthesia‑related emergencies. Attention to detail, ensuring precise dosages, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining detailed patient records. Desire to offer superior patient care. Positive work attitude. Flexible schedule. Schedule Sunday - Wednesday Compensation Licensed Technicians: $26/hr – $42/hr VTS: $43/hr – $45/hr Pay to be determined based upon experience/skills.
