Marketing Coordinator

We'relooking for a highly organized, proactive Marketing Coordinator who enjoys turning ideas into action. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on execution, collaboration, and keeping multiple initiatives moving simultaneously. You'llwork closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, Head of Product, and members of the Growth team to coordinate marketing activities that support business development, product marketing, thought leadership, and brand awareness. Position Summary The Marketing Coordinatoris responsible forexecuting and coordinating day-to-day marketing initiatives that support company growth. This role serves as the operational hub for marketing, ensuring campaigns, content, events, and cross-functional projectsstayorganized, on schedule, and aligned with business priorities. Success in this role comes from being resourceful, organized, and action oriented. Youdon'tneed to own the marketing strategy, but you do need to know how to bring it to life through thoughtful execution and strong project coordination. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital, partner, and event channels. Maintain campaign calendars, timelines, and project plans. Coordinate campaign assets and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule. Supportaccount basedmarketing (ABM) initiatives and targeted outreach campaigns. Assistwith partner marketing initiatives and joint marketing programs. Content & Communications Draft and coordinate blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, social media content, and website updates. Coordinate executive thought leadership initiatives, including blogs, webinars, speaking opportunities, industry recognition programs, and social content. Assistin developing customer success stories, case studies, sales collateral, presentations, and marketing materials. Help ensure all content aligns with Nimble Gravity's messaging, positioning, and brand standards. Product& GrowthMarketing Partner with the Head of Product to develop and execute go to market communications for new offerings, capabilities, and product enhancements. Support the Growth team with campaign materials, messaging, presentations, and sales enablement resources. Conduct light market and competitive research to support marketing initiatives. Events & Partner Programs Coordinate webinars, conferences, customer events, and partner marketing activities. Manage eventlogistics, registrations, promotional materials, and post event communications. Supportfollowup activities and reporting for marketing events. Marketing Operations Coordinate projects across internal stakeholders and external vendors. Track deliverables, manage timelines, and proactivelyidentifyroadblocks. Maintain marketing asset libraries, templates, and project documentation. Help improve marketing processes, workflows, and team organization. Reporting Track campaign performance and marketing metrics. Prepare weekly marketing updates and monthly performance summaries. Identifyopportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and execution. Qualifications 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, communications, ora relatedfield. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in afast pacedenvironment. Strong attention to detail and follow through. Comfortable collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders. Experience with Microsoft 365, LinkedIn, Canva, HubSpot, WordPress, or similar marketing tools is preferred.
