Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the development of integrated marketing campaigns to support key brand initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and integrated campaigns across consumer engagement touchpoints.
• Develop and implement test-and-learn initiatives based on consumer insights and industry trends.
• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts and recommend enhancements for future initiatives.
• Motivate and develop team members to achieve business goals.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in integrated or brand marketing/project management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in marketing project management and integrated marketing campaign execution.
• Proficiency in cross-functional stakeholder management and go-to-market planning.

Preferences

• Experience coordinating CRM, social, paid media, PR, and in-store marketing initiatives.
• Agency management experience.
