Customer Service Representative

Pinnacle Propane Express (PPE), a division of JP Energy Partnersis a full service provider of propane grill cylinders for exchange for retailers and/or distributors. PPE has production facilities, districts, and depots in its marketing areas that refurbish, deliver, and distribute to the retailer. In addition to propane cylinders, PPE provides services such as quality storage cabinets, safety protection, safety and marketing training, and unique marketing branding enabling the retailer to provide point of purchase sales of both exchange and new propane grill cylinders. Currently, PPE services 48 states. Job Description Description of Essential Duties: Answer incoming calls; respond to customer's requests and inquiries Handle and resolve customer complaints Provide customers with Product and Service information Store closing and cage to be picked up and equipment issues Route calls to appropriate resources Complete new customer files once cages have been set Qualifications Qualifications: High SchoolDiploma or Equivalent Excellent verbal, written and communication skills Provide customer service to all levels Additional Information The hours for this position will be 10:30am-7:00pm #J-18808-Ljbffr JP Energy Partners
