Client Services Associate

Job Overview Guardant Health is a precision oncology company focused on patient care through advanced blood tests, real‑world data, and AI analytics. Responsibilities Assist with training new hires and maintain training checklists. Manage a higher case load and resolve customer queries via phone, email, and web inquiries. Document all communications in Salesforce, LIMS, and related systems. Enter and qualify new customer information into Salesforce and LIMS. Contact physicians and other medical personnel to obtain missing information. Coordinate kit ordering and off‑site phlebotomy services. Send and resend patient reports per customer requests. Assist with other administrative duties as assigned. Use problem‑solving skills to resolve customer complaints and escalated situations. Maintain precision and clarity in documentation and adhere to SOPs. Monitor personal metrics and support team and individual goals. Qualifications 4‑year college degree in Biological Sciences or a related discipline (preferred). 2+ years of experience with customers in pharma, diagnostics, medical device, biotech, or healthcare settings. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce CRM experience is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, work independently, and exercise good judgment. Organized, detail‑oriented problem solver capable of handling client‑facing escalations professionally. Flexibility to work varying hours and occasionally travel to Guardant Health offices for training. English/Spanish bilingualism is an asset. Other Information The position is primarily remote; however, travel to Guardant Health offices for trainings and meetings is required. The role may involve lifting up to 25 pounds.
