Registered Nurse (RN) - Tele

Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical

Schedule: 12-hour Nights; 1900-0730

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:

• KS RN or Compact RN License
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 2 years recent Med/Surg experience in the last 18 months in a hospital setting
• Experience in General Surgery, Bariatric, Gynecological, Urology, and Orthopedics
• Proficiency in medical diagnosis: cellulitis, back pain, kidney stones
• Experience with Heparin Drips, TPN, PCAs
• Ability to measure and interpret a telemetry rhythm
• Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically EPIC

Compliance / Notes:

• No smoking facility
• 8 hours non-billable orientation
• Client is allowed the cancellation of one shift per 2-week pay period at no cost to the client and no pay to the employee, with a minimum 2-hour notice
• Credentialing including CBC, DS, and lab work must be completed within 72 hours of offer acceptance
