In this role, you'll be instrumental in attracting qualified drivers, guiding them through the onboarding process, and supporting their ongoing success within our transportation network. What We Offer as a Driver Recruiter: Competitive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits 401(k) with company matching contributions Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays Consistent Monday–Friday work schedule Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Key Responsibilities as a Driver Recruiter: Driver Recruitment Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified driver candidates Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective drivers through networking, referrals, community outreach, and recruiting events Promote driving opportunities through local partnerships and hiring initiatives Meet recruiting and onboarding objectives through proactive candidate engagement Onboarding & Driver Success Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process Conduct onboarding sessions and orientation programs for Independent Contractors (ICs) Guide new drivers from application through onboarding and vehicle placement Ensure every new driver receives a professional, welcoming, and informative onboarding experience Driver Engagement & Retention Foster positive relationships with active drivers and provide ongoing support Help identify opportunities to improve driver satisfaction and retention Address questions, concerns, and challenges while connecting drivers with appropriate resources Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to support engagement and retention initiatives Administrative & Reporting Support Maintain accurate recruiting, onboarding, and retention records Monitor hiring activity, onboarding progress, and driver retention metrics Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management Assist with workforce development projects and operational initiatives as needed Qualifications as a Driver Recruiter: Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, workforce development, or a related field preferred Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset Passion for helping individuals succeed and grow professionally Why Join Our Team?
