Craft Training Program Manager

Role Overview The Craft Training Program Manager will oversee multiple craft training programs across the enterprise, ensuring their successful deployment and alignment with long‑term organizational goals. The role is responsible for scaling existing programs, identifying new program scopes, and leading program design, development, and execution. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a structured framework for concurrent interdependent craft training projects. Scale and enhance existing training programs, collaborating with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues. Build and launch new programs in partnership with stakeholders across the enterprise. Coordinate program components centrally, ensuring consistency and efficiency. Track and report program effectiveness to measure ROI and guide improvements. Lead program planning and execution, establishing short‑term and long‑term strategic goals. Secure stakeholder buy‑in for program changes or enhancements. Integrate with People Practices, SPW Leadership, and Field Teams to clarify roles and improve deployment consistency. Travel as needed (up to 25% annually within the U.S.). Maintain training credentials and program compliance for all craft training initiatives. Supervise a team of coordinators, facilitators, field leaders, and subject‑matter experts. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Talent Development, Learning & Development, Business Administration, I/O Psychology, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in craft training program design, management, or deployment, preferably within the construction industry. Experience with learning data, reporting, and analytics, and partnership with Centers of Excellence and People Operations services is a plus. Bi‑lingual (English/Spanish) is preferred. Benefits and Compensation Compensation range: $95,000 – $145,000. The role includes required travel and offers opportunities to advance training initiatives across a large enterprise. Work Environment Typical desk‑based work with 67%–100% physical activity, frequent repetitive motions, and occasional extended sitting or speaking periods.
