We are looking for a dependable, hard-working Warehouse Order Picker to join our growing team. This role is responsible for accurately selecting customer orders using a Walkie Rider (Electric Pallet Jack), or a sit-down Forklift while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using a Walkie Rider (EPJ) or Tow Motor.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment.
• Verify products and quantities before staging orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse order picking experience required.
• Experience operating a Walkie Rider (EPJ) required. Current certification is a plus.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 15–50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with production expectations.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is preferred.
• Excellent attendance and reliability are required.

Schedule

• Shift begins between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM .
• Employees are expected to work until the day's orders are completed, typically ends bfeor 5:30 PM .
• Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Work Environment

• Warehouse environment with seasonal temperature changes.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Daily operation of Walkie Rider (Electric Pallet Jack) or Tow Motor equipment.
