Merchant Assistant: Product & Brand Growth

Bath & Body Works is seeking an Assistant Merchant to support creative product development, maintain seasonal line plans, and assist with launches. You will analyze consumer insights to support brand priorities and help drive sales and profit growth. Responsibilities include coordinating development projects, preparing executive materials, and ensuring timely communication across teams.
