Lead Executive Search Consultant

Job Title: Lead Executive Search Consultant Location: Remote (US/Canada) Reports to: CEO, Encore Leadership Advisors Position Summary Encore Leadership Advisors is seeking a results-driven Lead Executive Search Consultant (ESC) to play a pivotal role in sourcing top-tier candidates, managing client relationships, and fulfilling search assignments. The Lead ESC will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by leveraging exceptional sourcing capabilities, consultative communication skills, and a keen ability to match talent with organizational needs, in addition to managing internal teams and managing stakeholder expectations. Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Candidate Screening Identify, attract, and engage high-caliber candidates for executive and professional positions. Conduct first-round phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and interest. Serve as Client Lead, managing the search process and client communications. Present qualified slates of candidates. Search Fulfillment Partner with internal team members to execute full-cycle search processes from research to placement. Adapt sourcing strategies to align with specific client needs and market conditions. Revenue Generation Contribute directly to company revenue goals through assigned commission-based search work. Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting agreed timelines. Requirements Proven success in executive search, recruitment, or talent acquisition. Strong sourcing expertise across multiple industries and geographies. Ability to manage client relationships at the executive level. Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills. High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
