Marion Rehabilitation is a 99-bed skilled nursing facility located in Marion, OH. We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to join our team of healthcare professionals as the Human Resources Manager. At Marion Rehab, we are committed to providing individualized, compassionate, and innovative healthcare services that will inspire each Resident to achieve the whole and meaningful life they desire. The Human Resources Manager coordinates all aspects of the HR function for the facility. Key Responsibilities include but not limited to the following Recruitment and Onboarding Employee Relations Payroll Processing Compliance Policy adherence Training Business Partner to leadership team
