Responsibilities Begin each day energized and ready to make an impact: wear your badge with pride, greet teammates, and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized and ready for customers. Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top‑selling items, and stay up‑to‑date on trends and promotions. Focus on the customer on the floor: offer a warm welcome, maintain eye contact, and create friendly, personal conversations to build relationships. Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves when needed. Finish strong by sharing loyalty program benefits, ensuring customers have all they need, and ending each interaction with a sincere thank‑you that uses the customer’s name. Support one another with honesty, care and collaboration so we can best serve our customers and communities. Strive for excellence: improve everyday, take pride in work, pursue sales goals and learn from each other. Who You Are / Qualifications Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays, with reliable attendance and punctuality. Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers and supervisors. Read and understand employment policies, safety rules and procedures in English. Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues. Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits. Meet daily sales goal challenges. Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information. Resourceful, eager to start new ventures, and can adapt to changing priorities; capable of independent work and strong teamwork. Comfortable with electronic devices and technology. Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform Talk, lift, constantly move, stand and reach with arms and hands. Stand for at least two consecutive hours, lift at least 25 lbs., stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders; reach, including above eye level. Require close vision, color vision, depth perception and focus adjustment. Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment, cash register and the ability to process register transactions.
