A top national firm seeks an experienced eDiscovery Attorney in San Francisco to manage complex global litigations, develop advanced workflows, advise case teams, and lead information governance initiatives. Ideal for attorneys with 5+ years of eDiscovery leadership.

Base pay range

$135,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Manage eDiscovery for complex and global litigations and investigations.
• Develop workflows for review platforms and integrate advanced data analytics tools.
• Advise internal and external stakeholders on eDiscovery strategy and legal requirements.
• Support case teams with negotiations, motion practice, and technical decision‑making.
• Assist clients with modernizing internal eDiscovery workflows and protocols.
• Identify process improvements and elevate recommendations for system enhancements.
• Serve as the firm’s subject matter expert on eDiscovery law and technology.
• Implement custom workflows to reduce cost, improve efficiency, and accelerate speed‑to‑evidence.
• Create standardized documentation such as ESI protocols, workflow guides, and training materials.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.
• Admission to the Bar in any state.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on eDiscovery experience in complex litigations and investigations.
• Strong knowledge of current eDiscovery law, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
• Experience with platforms such as Relativity, Everlaw, Reveal, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with data processing, review workflows, and analytics‑driven discovery.
• Ability to manage multiple large‑scale projects simultaneously.
• Proactive approach to process improvement and problem‑solving.
