Call Center Representative

Join our team as a Call Center Representative and help us deliver top-tier support to our customers. You'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure every customer leaves happy.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional, empathetic, and timely support to customers
  • Respond to inquiries and process orders or applications
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service
  • Share feedback to help enhance customer experience

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Comfortable using computers
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
