Fitter/Welder – Hiring Now | 1st Shift | Up to $28/hr

LOCATION: Tulsa Area, OK

PAY: $24–$28/hr

SHIFT: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Looking for Experienced Welders & Fitters Ready to Grow

Are you a welder with at least 6 months of hands-on manufacturing, fabrication, pipe welding, or fitting experience ? We're hiring motivated individuals who want to advance their skills and work in a clean, climate-controlled facility with opportunities for growth.

Whether you have 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or more of welding experience , we'd like to speak with you if you're comfortable working with MIG, Flux-Core, pipe fitting, or fabrication.

What You'll Do

✅ Perform MIG and Flux-Core welding on pipe and fabricated assemblies

✅ Fit and assemble components according to blueprints and specifications

✅ Read and interpret drawings, weld symbols, and fabrication prints

✅ Prepare pipe bevels and fit-ups for welding

✅ Set up and maintain welding equipment

✅ Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy

✅ Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications

✔ Minimum 6 months of recent welding, fitting, fabrication, or manufacturing experience

✔ Experience with MIG and/or Flux-Core welding

✔ Ability to read measurements and basic blueprints

✔ Experience working with steel, pipe, or fabricated components

✔ Ability to pass a weld test

Preferred:

• 6 months / 1+ years of welding experience

• Pipe welding or pipe fitting experience

• Blueprint reading experience

• TIG welding experience

• Structural steel or fabrication shop experience

Weld Test

Candidates should be comfortable performing:

5G Stainless Pipe Weld Test

• Prepare and bevel your own pipe

• Fit your own joint

• Argon-purged weld

• 2-pass root and fill

3F Channel Weld Test

• Channel-to-channel weld

• Complete weld around assembly

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
