At our company, you'll work with businesses across multiple industries, supporting modern IT environments that include: Microsoft 365 Azure & Entra ID Sophos Security Solutions Servers & Networking Cloud Technologies Business Applications Endpoint Management Every day is different. What You'll Do Provide remote and onsite technical support for business clients Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware issues Respond to service requests and resolve technical problems efficiently Document work performed and maintain accurate ticket notes Assist with workstation deployments, upgrades, and migrations Collaborate with senior engineers on projects and escalations Deliver exceptional customer service while solving technical challenges What Makes Someone Successful Here You might be a great fit if you: ✔ Enjoy helping people as much as you enjoy technology ✔ Can explain technical concepts without sounding technical ✔ Stay calm when things don't work ✔ Take ownership of problems and see them through ✔ Love learning new systems and tools ✔ Are organized, dependable, and proactive ✔ Want a long-term career in IT Requirements Preferred Experience Experience with some of the following is helpful: Windows 10/11 Microsoft 365 Active Directory / Entra ID Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) Endpoint management Ticketing systems Cybersecurity best practices Business IT environments Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or equivalent experience are a plus but not required.
